Electric Strikes

Electric strikes are installed into the frame of a swing door, acting as a keep for the lock. They come in two forms, fail safe and fail secure. Fail safe requires power to be applied to lock the door, when power is removed the strike will remain unlocked. Fail secure requires power to be applied to unlock the door, when power is removed the strike will remain locked. After the door is opened past the latch, the latch returns to its standard configuration
