All working. The problem was a system defect in the chair-to-keyboard interface, probably caused by shaky equipment (its an age thing)! ;-)) Two extremely happy customers can now see their business from home and it's instantly made an enormous difference - they're now searching for the little buggers that did a paint job on the side of their building during the night, and it's camera 5 that pointed at it (isn't that a pity) Million thanks to you at DDS from me and from my daughter and hubby.
